Warranty
Products are sealed and packaged to preserve freshness and consistency. Due to food-grade nature of infused sugars and salts, returns are not accepted once opened. Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours to sales@hillcountryhemp.com

RESTOCKING FEE:
Approved returns or order cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Freight charges are non-refundable.

FREIGHT SHIPPING:
Ships via LTL freight. Customer must be able to receive pallet delivery at a commercial location or lift-gate service fees may apply.
DAMAGE POLICY:
Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of pallet, packaging, and product.
STORAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Store sealed product in a cool, dry environment away from heat and direct sunlight.
