SHIPPING, PRODUCTION & RETURNS

Please read this before you purchase.


SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 48 business hours.

Shipping is NOT free unless a promotion clearly says so.

You are responsible for all shipping costs, including:

• Standard shipping
• Freight shipping
• Pallet shipping
• Carrier charges

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.


STATE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We follow all state laws.

Even though hemp products may be federally legal, some states do not allow Delta-8, Delta-9 hemp products, or similar cannabinoids. Because of this:

We do NOT ship to states where these products are illegal.

If your shipping address is in a restricted state, your order will be canceled.

You are responsible for knowing your local laws before ordering.

PRODUCTION TIMES & BACKORDERS

Some items are made to order.

Production can take 2 to 4 weeks, and sometimes up to 30 days.

Because of this:

• Items may go on backorder
• Orders may ship in multiple shipments

You may receive your machine before juice or other products.

SALES SUPPORT

If you purchase a machine, you will be assigned a sales representative.

They help with:

• Shipping updates
• Order coordination
• Product support

Even home customers receive support.


HOME USE RESPONSIBILITY

If you purchase for home use:

• You are responsible for following your local laws
• We are not responsible for licensing requirements in your area
• You are responsible for how products are used after delivery


RETURNS & REFUNDS (IMPORTANT)

We sell consumable products and equipment. Returns are limited.


DRINKS & CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS

You may return products only if ALL of the following are true:

• The product is unopened
• The seal is not broken
• The packaging is original
• The case is complete
• You receive return approval first

You cannot return:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Broken seals
• Mixed cases
• Partial cases


RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved:

• You pay all shipping back to us
• Freight costs are your responsibility
• Original shipping charges are not refunded


RESTOCKING FEE

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Yes, even if:

• You cancel within 24 hours
• The order has not shipped yet

Why? Payment processing and order handling costs happen immediately and cannot be reversed.


MACHINES & EQUIPMENT

Machines are not returnable if they have been:

• Opened
• Used
• Installed

Once opened or used, the machine cannot be returned.


MACHINE WARRANTY

Machines include a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• User damage
• Improper use
• Physical damage
• Lack of maintenance

If a machine has an issue, we service it under warranty. We do not refund used machines.


CUSTOMER ORDER MISTAKES

If you ordered the wrong item:

• The restocking fee still applies
• Processing fees are not reversible
• Cancellation is not guaranteed

Please double-check your order before paying.
