WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all wholesale, distributor, and business purchasers.


1. WHOLESALE ACCOUNT APPROVAL

All wholesale accounts are subject to approval.

To open a wholesale or tax-exempt account, you must:

• Contact sales@hillcountryhemp.com
• Meet with a Hill Country Hemp sales representative
• Complete the wholesale application
• Provide business and tax documentation
• Undergo verification

You must be approved before receiving tax-exempt purchasing or wholesale pricing.


2. WEBSITE PURCHASES WITHOUT APPROVAL

If you make a purchase through our website without contacting sales and completing the wholesale process:

• You are considered a retail customer
• You will be charged sales tax
• You are subject to all retail Terms & Conditions on our website

No tax exemptions or wholesale pricing apply until approval.


3. TAX EXEMPTION & DOCUMENTATION

To purchase without sales tax, you must provide:

• Valid resale certificate
• Business information
• Required state documentation

All documentation must be verified before approval.


4. LEGAL & REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITY

Wholesale buyers assume full responsibility for complying with:

• Federal laws
• State laws
• Local laws
• Licensing requirements
• Distribution regulations

Hemp laws vary by state. Some states restrict or prohibit Delta-8, Delta-9 hemp products, or similar cannabinoids.

We do not ship to states or jurisdictions where products are not permitted. If your location has restrictions, we will inform you what can legally be shipped.

You are responsible for knowing the laws where you sell and operate.


5. NO HEALTH OR MEDICAL CLAIMS

Wholesale buyers and resellers may not make:

• Medical claims
• Health benefit claims
• Claims about physical or mental effects

Violation may result in termination of your account.


6. PAYMENT PROCESSING & VERIFICATION

Payments may be processed through Square or other approved payment processors.

Please note:

• We may verify identity
• We may request documentation
• Fraud-prevention checks may occur
• Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification fails


7. SHIPPING POLICY

Wholesale orders:

• Are processed within 48 business hours unless otherwise agreed
• May follow production timelines (2–4 weeks, sometimes up to 30 days)
• May ship in multiple shipments
• May be backordered

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and freight costs.

Risk transfers once the order leaves our facility.


8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because products are consumables and equipment, returns are limited.

Consumables

Returns accepted only if:

• Unopened
• Seals intact
• Cases complete
• Pre-approved

No mixed or partial cases.

Buyer pays return shipping.


9. RESTOCKING FEE

Approved returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, including orders canceled within 24 hours.


10. MACHINES & EQUIPMENT

Machines are not returnable once opened, used, or installed.

Machines include a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects only.


11. EXTENDED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Extended warranties are provided by third-party providers only and are not administered by Hill Country Hemp.

All extended warranty claims must be handled directly with that provider.

Extended warranties are only available through a sales representative.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hill Country Hemp is not liable for:

• Misuse of products
• Legal violations by buyer
• Resale compliance issues
• Indirect damages

Products are sold “as is.”


13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for non-compliance, misrepresentation, or prohibited claims.
