WHOLESALE SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

This policy applies to all wholesale and distributor purchases.


FIRST — HOW TO BECOME A WHOLESALER

Before you can buy as a wholesaler or tax-exempt:

You must:

• Contact sales@hillcountryhemp.com
• Meet with a sales representative
• Complete a wholesale application
• Provide required business and tax documents
• Sign a wholesale agreement/contract
• Be approved

Until this process is completed, you are considered a retail customer.

If you buy from the website without approval, you are purchasing retail and all retail terms apply.


SALES TAX

We do not control tax laws.

If you purchase online without an approved wholesale account:

• Sales tax will be charged
• We cannot remove or refund sales tax later

Tax exemption requires approval and documentation before purchase.


SHIPPING

Wholesale orders:

• Are processed within 48 business hours unless otherwise arranged
• May require production time (2–4 weeks, sometimes up to 30 days)
• May ship in multiple shipments
• May be placed on backorder

You are responsible for:

• All shipping costs
• Freight costs
• Pallet charges
• Carrier fees

Once the order leaves our facility, it is the carrier’s responsibility.


STATE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Hemp laws vary by state.

Some states restrict or prohibit Delta-8, Delta-9 hemp products, or similar cannabinoids.

We do not ship products into states or jurisdictions where they are not permitted. If your location has restrictions, we will inform you what we can legally ship.

You are responsible for knowing the laws in your state and where you sell.


RETURNS — CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS

Because products are consumables, returns are limited.

We only accept returns if:

• Products are unopened
• Seals are intact
• Cases are complete
• Return is approved in advance

We do not accept:

• Opened goods
• Used goods
• Mixed cases
• Partial cases

You pay all return shipping.


RESTOCKING FEE

Approved returns or order cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, including orders canceled within 24 hours.

This covers processing and handling costs.


MACHINES & EQUIPMENT

Machines are commercial equipment.

Machines are not returnable if:

• Opened
• Used
• Installed

Machines include a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty for defects only.

We service machines under warranty. We do not refund used machines.


ORDER ERRORS

If you place an order in error:

• Restocking fees still apply
• Processing fees are not reversible
• Cancellation is not guaranteed

Double-check before ordering.


PAYMENT VERIFICATION

We may process payments through Square or other approved processors.

We may require identity verification and documentation before processing orders.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

By ordering as a wholesaler, you agree:

• You have read all website policies
• You understand hemp laws in your area
• You are responsible for compliance
• You will not make medical or health claims
• You understand return limits

We are not responsible if you fail to read policies or research laws before ordering.
