By accessing this website, purchasing products, or interacting with Hill Country Hemp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, all referenced policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
If you do not agree, you may not use this website.
2. AGE RESTRICTION
You must be 21 years of age or older to enter this website or purchase products. We do not market to children and do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 21.

Hill Country Hemp is a Texas-licensed hemp manufacturer and distributor operating in compliance with:

4. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE & COAs
All products are hemp-derived and compliant with federal and Texas law.

5. NO HEALTH OR MEDICAL CLAIMS
We make no medical or therapeutic claims. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Retailers and resellers are prohibited from making health or effect-based claims.
6. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Individual reactions vary. By purchasing, you accept responsibility for consumption and voluntarily assume all risks.
No guarantees are made regarding product effects.
7. ALLERGY & INGREDIENT NOTICE
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information. Hill Country Hemp is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
8. RESPONSIBLE USE WARNING
Products may produce psychoactive or mood-altering effects. Do not drive or operate machinery after consumption.
9. FDA DISCLAIMER

10. WHOLESALE VS RETAIL
This is a retail site. Wholesale and tax-exempt purchases require documentation via info@hillcountryhemp.com.
11. SALES TAX
Sales tax applied as required by law.
12. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are processed through Square and subject to verification and fraud prevention.
13. SHIPPING
Orders processed within 48 hours. Shipping costs including freight are the buyer’s responsibility. Risk transfers upon shipment.
14. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Consumable Products
Returns accepted only if:
• Unopened
• Original condition
• Original packaging
• Complete cases only
Not accepted:
• Opened products
• Mixed or partial cases
• Broken seals
Customer pays all return shipping.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, including orders canceled within 24 hours, to cover payment processing and handling costs.
Equipment & Machines
• Machines that are opened or used are non-returnable
• Machines include a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects
• Warranty does not cover misuse, damage, or improper operation
• Malfunctioning machines are serviced, not refunded
Refunds are processed after inspection and minus applicable fees.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
15. ORDER VERIFICATION
We may request identity, licensing, or tax documentation before fulfilling orders.
16. TRACKING & COOKIES
We use cookies, Google Analytics, and marketing tracking technologies.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for misuse, reactions, legal violations by purchaser, or indirect damages. Products are sold “as is.”
18. CUSTOMER LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for complying with your local laws.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All branding and content are property of Hill Country Hemp.
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Texas. Class actions are waived.
